Note 1: Power
When cleaning, moving the machine or not in use, please turn off the power and unplug it!
Note 2: Water tank
1. First of all, try not to be short of water when using it, and fill the water tank with water, although there are protection measures such as temperature control and fuse line inside the general clothes steamer. Under normal circumstances, the less water is filled, the less steam will be, and if there is less water, there may be a risk of burning the machine.
2. When not in use, the water in the water tank should be drained before storage. Pay attention to let the body cool for at least 30 minutes after use and then remove the remaining water to avoid being scalded by hot water and hot air.
3. Do not inject hot water into the water tank, the first is to avoid scalding, and the second is to affect the life of the water tank.
4. If the water tank and the main unit are simply separated, it is necessary to prevent the water tank from falling down during the process of moving the main unit or ironing, resulting in water leakage. For example, Bell Ryde's water tank (pictured on the right below) is embedded, which is more secure.
airway
1. The interface between the air duct, the main unit and the nozzle must be tightened to prevent the air duct from detaching from the main unit or the nozzle during the shaking process, causing accidents.
2. Try not to bend the tube, so as not to affect the output of steam.
clothes rod
1. The clothes rod should be elongated and must be tightened so as not to shake or even collapse when ironing.
2. If it is a single clothes rod, you should pay attention to the balanced force when using it, so as not to cause the instability of the ironing machine and affect the normal ironing of clothes. Now many brands, such as Bell Ryder (right picture below), have begun to introduce double-bar garment steamers, even with three-dimensional support plates, which enhance the stability.
Note 3: Iron brush
1. It is best to wear gloves when ironing clothes to prevent your hands from being scalded by the steam or the handle. There are also many ironing brush handles that will have their own insulation cotton.
2. Always pay attention when using the ironing brush, do not stay in the same place of the clothes for too long, and do not hold the iron with your hands.
